The 30-minute presentation will give you a good first impression of the companies and enable you to approach company representatives at the trade fair perfectly prepared and make contacts.

Job application portfolio check

Would you like to know whether your application is convincing and meaningful? Then simply register for our application portfolio check and bring it with you to the trade fair. A link to the registration form will be provided here in due course.

The inovailmenau offers you the opportunity to present your application documents in person. If you are interested in a specific job offer or in joining a company, you can go through your documents with selected company representatives and get useful tips and suggestions. In this way, you can improve your application and even make initial contacts with companies.

Individual meetings

You want to present yourself even better to your dream company and make the most of the opportunity to make contact? Then you can already have one-on-one meetings with the company representatives on site at the inovailmenau.

These meetings will take place in a small room at the fair to avoid the hustle and bustle of the fair.

You will have the opportunity to present yourself from your best side and to convince in a small job interview directly.

This year we are again planning exclusive job interviews with companies!

In preparation for the career fair, companies will send us job postings for which you can apply – simply send us your application. If your application is successful, we will arrange a first interview with you directly at the inovailmenau!
