As project managers of inova2022, our primary focus was on the administrative and organizational planning of the trade show. This consists of the coordination, supervision and support of our five departments Event Management, Media & Design, Public Relations, Information Technology and Corporate Communications, the definition of guidelines and goals of the inova2022 and the external representation of our career forum. 

Furthermore, our range of tasks includes the external exchange with the exhibiting companies, cooperation partners and our partner fairs and the internal exchange with our department heads, the project team and the board of SWING an der TU Ilmenau e.V..
We also deal with the planning of the strategic orientation of the career forum in the future in order to constantly improve the inovailmenau and adapt it to the demands of students and companies.

During the year-long planning phase, close cooperation between all team members develops. Interdepartmental exchange is also essential in order to be able to both fulfill and expand the range of tasks.
